Architect Luciano Marè

He is a member of the Italian Group of the International Institute for Conservation (I.G.I.I.C.).

Since 1985 until today, he has been engaged in designing, restoring and directing works on residential buildings, hotels, shops, offices, museums, historical villas, plus town improvement projects and urban restyling. Here, we can list the restoration of the S. Antonino di Varese convent, the preservative and functional restoration of several Liberty villas at Varese and Milan, the restoration of a building dated to the year 1800 at Milan, the Moroni Gomma and Valigeria Principe shops in via Montenapoleone at Milan; various residential and shopping complexes at Varese and in the province.

In the areas of museums and communication, he developed the following projects: restoration of the Civil Museums of Varese, the project for the restoration of Palazzo del "Broletto" of Novara, currently a museum, following his victory in an international competition, as well as the project to enlarge the Museum of Castello di Masnago at Varese.

Projects in hand: the restoration of a nineteenth century "palazzo" for the insertion of a new hotel structure at Varese.

The studio was recently rewarded by a mention at the International Competition for the creation of a new hotel structure for the "Ville Ponti" of Varese.
